a nice piping Vietnamese beef pho with beef brisket with tendons, Vietnamese beef balls, bean sprouts, Thai basil and peppermint plus a dash of lemon. I really enjoy this breakfast especially when it’s raining and cool weather. the pho soup is so nourishing. The towkayneo just returns from Vietnam, been weeks since my last visit for Pho.
