My team lead ordered the LFC Signature Whole Leg Chicken Rice & Fried Egg (RMRM20.90) via delivery from Lim Fried Chicken Sri Petaling.
It arrived neatly packed — rice, fried egg, cucumber slices, sambal, and that familiar piece of golden-brown fried chicken.
How the Fried Chicken Ate
Even after sitting for more than an hour, the fried chicken held its flavour well. The skin had lost some crispness from the steam in the box, but the meat stayed tender and savoury — a sign of good seasoning right down to the bone. The chicken rice itself carried a pleasant fragrance. The fried egg was a fried egg.
Lim Fried Chicken has managed to keep its standards consistent across outlets, and the Sri Petaling branch is no exception.
