Little Bun Cafe opened in Eco Botanic JB in June 2023. Its signature highlight is the Korean Steamed Toast. Sitting around, waiting for the freshly baked Brioche to come out, there’s a feeling like waiting for an Omakase experience.
The café’s design features a strong Korean style. The environment is extremely comfortable, well-lit, and the space is spacious and bright.
Little Bun Cafe’s Brioche is a French bread made with a lot of butter and milk. It’s rich in buttery and milky flavors, and the texture of the bread is very soft. It practically melts in your mouth.
In France, Brioche is often enjoyed as a pastry or dessert. Little Bun Cafe uses the steaming method to lock in the Brioche’s sweetness, softness, and pull-apart strands. To ensure the quality of the Steam Brioche, the café makes them fresh daily, and they are limited to only 50 pieces per day.
There are three flavors: original, pandan, walnut raisin, paired with the café’s homemade jam or cream butter.
In addition to the steamed toast, they also serve big breakfast, Japanese curry rice, L.B Signature Tomato Soup with tomato broth, accompanied by Sourdough bread, Amber-Glazed Unagi Rice, Japanese Karaage Curry Rice, and more.
