乌鲁冷岳•六古走地鸡 (Liu Gu Village Chicken)
去露营前找到一间吃走地鸡的饭店，打电话确定有开就直接waze过去了
沿途停车买矿泉水问店家什么好吃的他就说这里有好几间吃走地鸡的，但是要提前预约哦
想到还剩距离5分钟的车程就不管了去到才打算
到达目的地看见是住家式的餐馆还有很多车就有点担心了
还未走进去店家印尼女佣就第一时间问我Ada booking tak,我说tak ada, tak boleh makan ke? 她笑着说boleh tapi kena tunggu sangat lama 🤦‍♀️
走楼梯上去时刚好有一个女顾客也刚到，好像好担心没位子她割了我跑着楼梯上去店家😓然后直接冲进厨房找老板娘找位子下单🙄而我就告诉老板娘我第一次来不知道要预约可以让我试试吗
还好老板娘很好交代我说想吃可以但是要等很久哦然后吩咐女佣在冷气房开一个小桌子给我，那个跑着上的顾客有整十个人要坐外面的桌子😆她坚持要坐冷气房老板娘不理她
原来这里要吃蒸走地鸡一定要order一只，吃不完另一半要打包回家，所以我唯有点麻油姜炒鸡，这个可以点半只，再点了一个客家焖猪肉和腐乳炒番薯叶
这里菜单选择不多也不少，大多数都是住家菜，只有小和大份，小的份量也很大盘，最好约3-4个人来吃就刚刚好
眼看店屋里有3座还未上菜，加上那个整十人的😓等了40分钟老板娘竟然上菜给我先🥰
麻油炒姜鸡的鸡的确不一样，比kampung鸡的口感较好
客家猪肉也比平常吃的不一样味道，很好吃
这里还有十全鸡汤，生鱼汤， 鸭汤……
感恩老板娘的特别招待☺️还感谢我们有耐心的等待
原来厨房只有她一个人准备材料和煮而已，这个女人也太厉害了吧
临走时印尼女佣递了一张名片说下次要去3个小时前打电话预约就可以不用等了
原来阿贤也来过，他介绍的美食都很不错的

I stopped along the way to buy mineral water and asked the store owner what delicious food he had. He said that there are several restaurants that serve free-range chicken, but you need to make a reservation in advance.
When I thought about the 5-minute drive left, I decided not to go there until I arrived.

When I arrived at my destination, I was a little worried when I saw it was a home-style restaurant and there were many cars.

Before I walked into the store, the Indonesian maid immediately asked me "Ada booking tak?" I said, "Tak ada, tak boleh makan ke?" She smiled and said, "Boleh tapi kena tunggu sangat lama."

When I was going up the stairs, there happened to be a female customer who had just arrived. She seemed worried that there would be no seat. She cut me off. I ran up the stairs to the store and then rushed directly into the kitchen to find a seat and place an order with the lady boss. And I told the boss lady that it was my first time here. I don’t know if I need to make an appointment. Can you let me try it?

Fortunately, the lady boss was very nice and told me that I could eat if I wanted to, but I would have to wait for a long time. Then she asked the maid to open a small table for me in the air-conditioned room. The customer who ran up to the table had ten people wanting to sit at the table outside. She insisted on sitting. The air-conditioned room proprietress ignored her.

It turns out that if you want to eat steamed free-range chicken here, you have to order one. If you can't finish the other half, you have to take it home, so I only ordered the sesame oil and ginger stir-fried chicken. I can order half of this one, and then ordered a Hakka braised pork and fried sweet potatoes with fermented bean curd.

The menu here has neither many nor many choices. Most of them are home-cooked dishes. There are only small and large portions. The small portions are also large. It is best to eat with 3-4 people. It is just right.

I saw that 3 seats in the shop had not yet been served, including the one with ten people After waiting for 40 minutes, the lady boss actually served me the food first.

The chicken stir-fried with sesame oil and ginger chicken is indeed different, and tastes better than kampung chicken

The Hakka pork also tastes different than usual, and it’s delicious.

There are also Shiquan chicken soup, raw fish soup, duck soup.

Thank you to the boss lady for the special treat and also thank us for waiting patiently.

It turns out that she is the only one in the kitchen preparing ingredients and cooking. This woman is so awesome.

Before leaving, the Indonesian maid handed over a business card and said that if you want to go next time, you can call 3 hours in advance to make an appointment without waiting.
