We chanced upon Restoran Fu Man due to slow traffic in NSE some time ago. We dropped by on and off depending on the time we drove past Tanjung Malim. This time round we fulfilled the 2 conditions.
Food quality is still great. Price a bit on the high side (maybe it’s CNY and it’s a red snapper).
Will visit again next trip.
This is what we initially came for, salted roast pork. Must order.
Salted pork closed up. See the distinct layering, like The Grand Canyon bedrock.
Qing Long Chai, which is the children’s favourite. I tend to stay away if possible cos the vege tend to get stucked in between teeth.
Red snapper in 3 Rasa. Something different from the norm.
Seafood galore with Japanese tofu.
PSA – You won’t be able to find Restoran Fu Man on Google Maps. We had to manually pin it down.
