Ya, 1st the fish is fresh.. The most important thing about steam fish is the freshness otherwise will have strong fishy smell especially fresh water fish lidis.
The gravy, for all the dish is nicely done. Adequately ngam amount of Chinese wine which again is very important. Juz that abit spicy due to red cilipadi. Sekdou laopeisui. so if u kenot tahan pedas better order that time tell the sifu less cilipadi geh.
Overall, 8+/10 but if got bigger table, more comfortable to eat I think can get 9 geh but I m sure wif this kinda quality it's a matter of time they move to bigger place.
