Chiefeater Chee Leong caught up with a friend for lunch at The Food Court Kinrara and he found the Buttermilk Chicken Rice to be good
Nasi Lemak, Street Food, Non-Halal
Venturing into the world of viral sensations, we decided to experience the hype surrounding Nasi Lemak Wild Boar Puchong. Despite the unavailability of wild boar on the chosen day, we eagerly ordered the Nasi Lemak Curry Pork (RM14.20) and Nasi Lemak Dry Curry Chicken (RM14.20) through delivery. To complement our meal, we added a side of mutton (RM7.90) and petai (RM10).
Rice had good firmness and the sambal was of the spicy savoury variety.
Surprisingly, the cost of petai surpassed that of mutton, go figure. The dishes, overall, lived up to the buzz, with robust flavors and rich tastes characterizing the curries. Each bite offered a delightful explosion of spices and aromas, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
Among the offerings, the petai stood out as the star of the show. The distinct and pungent flavor of the Petai captivated our taste buds, making it the unanimous favourite among all the dishes.
Nasi Lemak Wild Boar Puchong, even without its eponymous ingredient, managed to deliver a satisfying culinary experience.
