Pan Mee, Non-Halal
I had lunch with a friend at Noodle Mansion at Bandar Puteri Puchong. It's a new shop opened by the son of a famous pan mee master (Kung Fu Pan Mee, according to my friend).
We got the signature soup pan mee with thin noodles and fish chilli sauce dry pan mee with thick noodles. Both were delicious, with QQ toothsome noodles. The yummy fish chilli sauce pan mee has a special spicy sauce. Definitely worth a try.
The shop offers a few types of soup, from the traditional anchovy soup to spicy milky mala soup. The dry pan mee also comes with a variety of sauces, including non-spicy and spicy types. It's an interesting evolution of pan mee into various new combinations.
First, you choose your soup base or dry noodle sauce. Next, you pick a side. Then, you select the type of noodles. After that, you can add on extra toppings. The shop is clean and modern with air-conditioning.
