Beef tripes, chilli sauce with lard, garlic, spring onions and deep fried scallions as a starter at Xian Man Cheng Seafood. This was followed by Kampua and Mee Po plus Kueh Teow Th’ng for breakfast. Not forgetting the delicious Mackerel Fish Balls Soup.
