I had lunch with my sisters after church. We finally found one near to my church, Nostalgic Taste Penang. Good reviews. Comfortable place and friendly staff. Order all the dishes in the menu. When the dishes arrived, wow!! Eyes opening and the fragrance one by one run into my nose. So mouth watering . Will definitely come again and again.
1) Seafood Mee Mamak - RM18
Big portion. Nice wok hei. One of the best mee mamak I ever tasted.
2) Marmite Chicken - RM22
Nice flavour and good portion too.
3) Stingray Curry Sui - RM25
Is the dish of the day. Love it so much. It is dry curry, the fragrance so refreshing and the sourness just suit all of us.
4) Pork Lard rice - RM18
Nice flavour, pork lard are crispy enough but if there are more pork lard even better.
5) Loh Bak - RM10
The texture, flavour are just nice. It clicks to my taste bud. Delicious.
6) Ju Hu Char
Nice wok hei. Hardly find a ju hi char with wok hei. Eye opening for us. So yummy.
7) Honey lemon - RM8
Imported honey
Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyable meal at Nostalgic Taste Penang. Definitely will visit again and again.
