自从上次吃过后这档锺记炒粿条，对它就念念不忘。。它那十足的锅气，干身又香的粿条，生蛤铺顶在撒上胡椒粉，很正统的槟城炒粿条。
Since I ate this Char Kuey Teow, I have not been able to get it out of my mind. Its full of wok hei, dry and fragrant kuey teow, raw siham topped with pepper. Very authentic Penang Char Kuey Teow.
