I want to eat everything here at One Plus One Restaurant. My fav fuchuk pork roll in broth has a little piece of bitter gourd inside which makes it so delicately delicious.
Steamed pork ribs have a distinct flavour of preserved foo yee n black beans n chicken feet in a mild spicy gravy with a tinge of plum sauce. Siu mai is made when the freshest local pork. You can taste it. Could not resist the black noodles dripping in dark soy gravy cuz it comes with a dark caramelised spicy sambal.
The piece de resistance is the juicy khau yuk pau (braised pork bun) with moist n aromatic filling of braised pork belly. Will resume in 5 days when on drive back. Closed on Wednesday but I can call young boss to order the once steamed chilled paus to takeaway.
