Celebrated our wedding anniversary at Opus Bar & Grill. I must say that when this hotel was Hilton Hotel, I frequented the D9 Cakery as they had the most divine cheese cakes. Food wise, I never tried anything here.


What a lovely surprise that the food and dessert here were delish!



My favourite dish was the flat iron wagyu steak, so tender and had a smokey wok hei flavour. I found out that the steaks are dry-aged in-house within custom Himalayan salt-tiled cabinets. These prime cuts are then expertly cooked over an open flame grill, using a combination of charcoals and sustainable Jarrah wood, hence giving the steaks the depth of aroma and flavor to each bite. I would totally come back here again for the awesome steaks!
