Pizza, Non-Halal
Curious to see how well a pizza from Mont Kiara would survive the journey to Puchong, I ordered a Margherita Pizza and a Potato Jacket from Proof Pizza / Osteria Emilia KL at 163 Retail Park. Despite the near-hour travel time, the results were promising.

The pizza arrived still warm and retained some of its enticing aroma—a testament to its preparation. I had requested the pizza be sliced prior to delivery, which made it convenient to dive in right away. Taste-wise, it was decent, though nothing particularly extraordinary. The crust held up reasonably well, even after the long journey.

The Potato Jacket was the star of this meal. The texture of the potato was spot on—soft yet firm enough to hold its form. The sour cream, which accompanied it, was balanced and complemented the potato beautifully without overpowering it. While the skin was slightly soggy from the travel, it didn’t detract too much from the overall enjoyment.

This delivery trial proved that certain items can maintain their quality even after a lengthy transit. While the Margherita Pizza was satisfactory, the Potato Jacket truly stood out. If you’re ordering from Proof, consider including one of these comforting sides in your order.
Delivery Test Results: Pizza travels decently, but sides like the Potato Jacket shine even after an hour.
