What makes these ribs stand out from the crowd? It’s all in the aromatics. Our chefs use a complex, proprietary blend of 14 different herbs, spices, and aromatics to create a flavor profile that is deep, earthy, and perfectly balanced.
Every rib is seared to perfection and then tucked away for a long, slow braise in our ovens. This process allows the marrow to soften and the spices to penetrate deep into the meat, resulting in a tender, succulent, fall-off-the-bone texture that practically melts the moment it hits your palate.
