Yong Tau Foo, Street Food, Non-Halal
My friend and I had lunch today at Padang Brown Yong Tau Foo. Started in 1955 by Hakka chef, Hong Leong Bak, the stall was run for a long time by his daughter, Madam Hong Hee Tin. She has since retired and the stall is now helmed by her son, 52-year-old Teoh Joo Eow.
