Back to Paradise Teochew Takashimaya. The soonhock cooked two ways – fried first then bathed in a milky collagen like sauce is another hidden gem. This was a 7.5/10 as far as fishes go- and the teochews set high standards for seafood!
I can’t say the same about their fried and cooked dishes – Imperial might just pip them eg for fried rice (basically what the Cantonese r good at).
