Ru Ji Kitchen Fish Ball Mee
Fish Ball Noodles, Street Food
The fish balls at Ru Ji Kitchen may be inconsistently shaped but Chiefeater Luke Soon found that there is bouncy delight in this asymmetry

Curry Mee, Street Food, Non-Halal
4am Curry Mee at Paramount Kopitiam is one of the best Curry Laksa I have ever had. Enough to make me wanna wake up at 4am to satisfy my cravings. As their name suggests 4am Curry Mee opens at 4am and if you are lucky, by 6 plus am you could still get your dose. Anything later, all gone. Some standby as early as 3am. My advice is go by 4am. Sometimes by 6am there isn’t anymore left.
Her short span of operating hours cater to customers who are already familiar with her operating hours and so far there are no complains. Her sambal is also excellent and goes well with her curry noodles. This is my nostalgic go-to noodles as I had it since 7 years old when my grandma used to buy for me to eat and I got accustomed to the taste. Btw it is non-halal. There is minced pork in there and it’s one of my favourite ingredients.
Check out her Facebook page before you go as she updates it on a daily basis whether if she has an emergency and tak day is not open for business.
