Hakka Mee, Street Food, Non-Halal
I had Hakka Mee for breakfast with my dad at Paris Restaurant Ipoh. It is located along Jalan Sultan Iskandar (Hugh Low Street). It’s my family’s favourite Hakka Mee, because there’s a jar of raw garlic and a bottle of fish sauce at every table. Adding the garlic and the fish sauce to the noodles and then putting more of these 2 condiments into the little sauce dishes to dip our yong tau foo are what makes this Hakka Mee tasty for us. I like strong flavours. I’ve never found a Hakka mee stall in KL or Selangor that offers raw garlic and fish sauce, so I’ll always come back to Paris Restaurant Ipoh. The white coffee is nice here, kaw the way I like it.
