My first try on the new Pin Chew Cafe food court near Pulau Tikus wet market last week. Signature porridge at Authentic Hainan chicken rice stall. Their signature porridge is plain need to order side dishes to go with. Actually the porridge itself is good enough. Smooth and a bit of chicken taste because using chicken soup to cooked . But for me the Tham Chiak one sure order this and that.

Their braised item also not bad. With fragrant and not salty at all. But the Moi chai a bit tough to bite and swallow. Maybe is because still early. Need more time to stew.
The star of their dish is steam chicken.

Walao!!!! It gave me a surprise when I put into my mouth. Soooooo GOOD . Smooth , soft, juicy , fragrance. The best I ever had. Nice kopi too
