Pizza, Pork-Free
I noticed there was a discount on the food delivery app for Pizza Italia SS15 (a delivery only eatery), so I decided to give it a try. I ordered their Margherita Pizza and their bestseller — the Chicken Chipotle Pizza.

The Margherita (RM21 reduced from RM26) was competent, a straightforward execution of the classic. The tomato base, mozzarella, and basil were present and accounted for, delivering a familiar, no-frills experience. The base was alright too. Nothing particularly remarkable, but it did the job well enough.

The Chicken Chipotle Pizza (RM22 reduced from RM27), however, was unexpected. The topping had a sweet and spicy profile, reminiscent of chutney, which was quite unusual for a pizza. While it wasn’t quite to my personal taste, I can see how it would appeal to those who enjoy that kind of flavour contrast. The mix of smoky chicken, heat, and sweetness makes it a bold choice, and for fans of chutney-like toppings, this is definitely one to try.

A decent delivery option, with solid execution on the classics and a willingness to experiment with flavours. Whether that gamble pays off depends on your palate. And to top it off, they even gave a free brownie as part of the order.
