Asam Laksa, Street Food, Non-Halal
The laksa at Qi Yen Kopitiam is personally my most favourite Laksa of all time. What is so special about it? Well, it would be their generosity in everything!!!!! They manage to strike a perfect balance in taste with the combination of “bunga kantan”, red onion. mint, mackerel and their special Laksa soup. Seldom, Laksa seller offer “bunga kantan” cause it is quite expensive in the market. In addition to that, the Laksa soup is betul betul “KAO”!!!! The proportion of mackerel to liquid is 1:3!!!! Honestly, I have no idea how they can make a profit at RM6 a bowl in this inflationary days.
