My favourite laksa in Nilai is found in Restoran Bizzy Corner which is actually a hawker center. It is served by a Vietnamese brother and sister team who learned the skill from local chinese.
The main ingredient of a good laksa is its curry, theirs carries just the right among of ”lemak” thickness and after taste spiciness to it giving it a comforting and heart warming flavour, the mee,meehoon, tuhu pok, fu chuk, fish ball etc compliments well into a well rounded bowl of laksa noodle.
I will normally ask for additional curry when the mee hoon soaked up the curry. This round they gave me good among of curry soup and I was happy to just finished up every single drops of it.
