My Top favourite from Restoran Happy Garden in Batu Ferringhi. The 8 treasure duck (needs pre-order).
RM200 per duck. (6 to 10 persons)
Ingredients: Duck stuffed with glutinous rice,chestnuts, lotus seeds,red dates,tangerine peel,anise, cinnamon.
Texture: The bones of duck all taken out except the bones of drumstick ,wings, neck. The meat steam until so soft and it melt when you put in your mouth
Flavour: Once put in your ,the fragrance that you wouldn’t forget it for your lifetime.


Another item that I like is the Macaroni Pie. This also needs to be preordered.
Ingredients: eggs, half chicken, macaroni and mushroom.
Texture: very fluffy and light.
Taste: full with eggs flavour
