在甘香（甘香卤鸭）茶餐室里，发现了这家胜哥云吞面档，用了全蛋云吞面条，就是喜欢这样的口感，每口都可以吃到面条的蛋香味。捞在面条上的咸香味来自那漂亮的黑晒油，是我喜欢的味道！半肥瘦的花肉叉烧，口腔里满满猪油香。
I found this wantan mee stall in Restoran Kam Heong in PJ’s New Town. They use whole egg wonton noodles. I just like this texture. You can taste the egg flavor of the noodles in every bite. The salty flavor on the noodles comes from the beautiful dark tan oil, which is my favorite taste! Half fat and half lean pork belly, the mouth is full of lard fragrance.
