Restoran Kee Hong Steamed Fish
Post by Chiefeater Yeap Chu Seng
Lunch at an old establishment in Kapar, Selangor. The restaurant had a very basic setup of plastic chairs and round tables, with air-condition.
We had their signature steam grouper fish. It's topped with heaps of onion and bird's eye chilli, with soya sauce. The fish was firm and fresh, taste was yummy, with a slightly tangy lime broth.
The bean curd, topped with preserved vegetable was tasty, the bean curd silky smooth, the finely chopped preserved vegetable had a nice balance of saltiness and flavour.
The fried pork belly with was nice, with a whim of sesame oil.
Parking is relatively easy, service was acceptable. Slightly pricy.
