Whenever I crave for Puri, Restoran Sri Shan Vilas is one of my favourite in Sungai Petani. At Restoran Sri Shan Vilas, the Puri is served in a set of two with the potato masala sandwiched between the two Puri. As I am a late sleeper a.k.a. 'Am Kong Chiao', I rarely had the chance to eat breakfast at Sri Shan.
