Restoran USJ Moon Fish Head Kitchen recently moved a few months ago, just a few shops away from the old one. The fish fillet/fish head beehoon here is freshly fried upon order. Today, I ordered the fried garoupa fish beehoon and the fried barramundi fish beehoon. The fish is freshly fried, providing a crispy and delightful texture. The fish bone broth in the fresh milk soup is rich and sweet, offering a fragrant taste.
