The Kai See Hor Fun at Restoran Yap Kopitiam surprised me. I consider myself quite knowledgeable about the food scene in the northern part of Malaysia, having lived here for over twenty years. I’ve tried what I consider the top four cKai See Hor Fun dishes in Ipoh, but I’ve never encountered anything like this one, with its shrimp chili oil and shrimp flavor, within a 50-kilometer radius. I found it here, located in the Batu Caves industrial area.

Restoran Yap Kopitiam is fantastic, with a comfortable environment and air conditioning, so you don’t have to worry about the heat. What’s crucial is that the coffee here is top-notch. In fact, their curry noodles are excellent too, as are the pork noodles and clay pot loh shu fun. They’re all served from the same stall, with the curry noodles right in front of the chicken shredded hor fun stall.

Note: The stalls here typically close by 2 pm.
Closed on Sundays.

这道带有虾红油的鸡丝河粉让我有很大的惊喜。
本人自认横行霸道马来西亚北部二十几载，吃尽怡宝我自认的四大天皇鸡丝河粉，都未曾在我50公里范围以内出现过如此接近怡宝带虾红油与稍微有虾味的鸡丝河粉，在这里，Batu Caves黑风洞对面的工业区里面啊业茶室 [YAP KOPITIAM ]
找到了它。
这里的茶室非常棒，环境舒适，内有空调

怕热的人不用担心这个问题，关键是这里的咖啡一级棒，其实这里的咖喱面也是棒棒的，猪肉粉与瓦煲老鼠粉都好吃，属于一个档口，咖喱面就在鸡丝河粉前面的挡口。
营业时间：7am > 6pm
注：这里的挡口一般在2pm前已经打洋。
休息日：每逢星期日
