Inside the Restoran Zheng Yang, is a stir-fry stall helmed by a Myanmarese chef, that is truly excellent! 👏 Actually, both the old and new Zheng Yang locations have stir-fry stalls, but after trying both, I still prefer this one at the old shop; the flavor and cooking time are more consistent.

I ordered my must-try, the Hokkien Mixed Soy Sauce. The soy sauce ratio was just right, the perfect balance of salty and savory, and it was incredibly flavorful, with a wonderful wok hei (wok aroma) in every bite! 👍
