In celebration of Merdeka Day as well as the 60th anniversary of the formation of the Malaysian federation, our chefs pay homage to some of our nation’s favourite kudap-kudapan (tea-time snacks) but with a modern and creative twist. Enjoy the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu, updated with the flavour of teh tarik; delicate macarons filled with D24 durian cremeux; otak-otak elevated with Baerri Caviar or ice cream in flavours such as ice kacang, cendol and more.
