Finally went to taste the Ramen by this hawker whose wife is Japanese. Netizens say that the ramen is prepared and tasted authentic. I tried both versions which are Shiro or White Broth, and Kuro or Dark Broth.
Kuro is aromatic as there is garlic in it - my pick. The charshu has a nice, smokey flavour. It is at Uncle Soon Fried Rice Ara Damansara.
