Dimsum at Si Fang Yuan Dimsum. nice building in racing green, lots of natural light & its own whimsical take on traditional favourites. Every item was good, but the ones we’ll remember would be the tri-coloured treasure har kow – voted amazing by Richard.
The XO chee cheong fan, with a nice, crisp sear & crunchy topping… and the cute Doraemon bao, which were soft & bready with a dark chocolate filling. My personal favourites were the xiao long bao & extraordinary white lo mai kai. 5 stars from us.
