Big Breakfast, Pork-Free
Yesterday morning going to Sin Seh Kai Artisan Bakery, so crowded , end up going to other place. Today bo kam muan come again and earlier not so crowded but most of them are regular customers. A cafe that feel like home. Because of the #MYPotatoesUSA contest, I ordered big breakfast instead of my usual breakfast .
A lot of surprises on this big breakfast
1) Potatoes so soft inside and the outer layer very crispy? crunchy? How to describe? very flavourful yet can taste the original flavour of the potatoes.
2) Their homemade luncheon meat. the taste just click to my taste bud. Love it love it love it. But taste a bit same as Yin sourdough luncheon meat
3) Homemade sausage. so flavourful. Never makan this kind of sausage before. Interesting.
4) lastly, my favourite croissant. The texture didn’t affect at all although cold already and with scrambled eggs inside . Still light and crusty. yummy yummy yummy. Thanks for the contest. Because of this I ordered big breakfast or else I will never get to try all the delicious food.
