增江南区的住家顺香炒面，不只福建面做得出色，滑蛋鸳鸯粉同样精彩。上星期才吃了我的 “米其林” 福建面，这星期换个口味，试试他们家的滑蛋鸳鸯粉，果然没让我失望。
端上桌，一碟满满的料，视觉上已经先赢一半。猪肝不柴，粉肠QQ弹牙，还有猪心、猪肉片和鲜虾，每一口都充满层次感。鸳鸯粉结合了脆口的炸米粉和滑溜的河粉，裹上浓郁的蛋汁芡，香滑细腻。档主坚持每一碟现炒，火候掌握得恰到好处，保证每碟味道稳定又带锅气。
这一碟，吃得满足，回味无穷，已经在心里决定，下次再来！
