It’s quite rare to find economy noodles that are both colorful and flavorful in the market! I found it at the SS2 morning market. Especially their stir-fried tang hoon (glass noodles) here, with shredded wood ear mushrooms and accompanied by pickled chili, it’s simply a heavenly delight! Auntie also several other ways to stir-fry rice noodles, glutinous rice, fried noodles, and more… If you want to eat, just go and find Auntie!
