跟随 EdmondLam 昌少 的脚毛,老字号敏姐的古早咖喱鸡面。。 带着喜欢吃咖喱的妈妈一起到安邦太子园吃咖喱面,妈妈说很像她小时侯吃的味道,浓浓的咖喱汤,咖喱鸡,猪皮,豆腐卜,艾瓜,长豆和我们都喜爱的狮蛤。。 加料十粒炸云吞,云吞吸收了咖喱汤汁,这就是我们小时候的吃法,很有回忆的味道。
Followed Edmond Lam recommendation and went to Steam Delicious Kopitiam for curry chicken noodles by Ming Che. I took my mother, who loves curry, to eat curry noodles here. My mother said it tasted very much like the ones she ate when she was a child. The thick curry soup, curry chicken, pork rinds, tofu puffs, aigua, long beans and us. Everyone loves the cockles. Add ten fried wontons and the wontons absorb the curry soup. This is how we ate them when we were kids. It’s a very traditional taste.
