You can probably make this at home but Sushi Tei Upper Thomson has a SGD11.80 for 2 Sapporo beers promo that might entice you to step out of your house. As it’s Sushi Tei and I usually go Omakase for Japanese, I ducked in for a quick beer.

To go along with the beer, I chose what’s low probability in disappointment = grilled seafood. I chose the grilled prawn and hotate (scallops) at 12.80 and 15.80 respectively.

Both were doused with mentaiko (salmon roe) toppings before going into the grill. And it was predictable. Goes great with the beer.
