Choi Kee Stall Sang Har Meen
Sang Har Mee, Street Food

Chiefeater Steven C T Tea points us to the delicious and popular Sang Har Mee served at Choi Kee Stalll in Taman Sri Sentosa

Japanese, Non-Halal
Tansen Izakaya came recommended by a few Chiefeaters, so I decided it was time to see what the fuss was about. The menu offers a variety of items but I focused on yakitori skewers. The items which I ordered were priced between RM6 to RM11. While they were decently priced, the skewers themselves didn’t particularly stand out. They were satisfying enough but lacked that extra flair that could make me want to return for it.

What truly made the meal was the sake promo. The deal of three carafes for RM68 was an excellent find. The smooth, clean taste of the sake added a refreshing note to the meal. The 3 carafes poured to an equivalent of about 12 or more cups. While the food didn’t quite hit the mark, the sake alone would be worth another visit.
