Hidden delicacies in Kampung Baru Seri Kembangan: Thai Pan Mee. There are many special pan mee hidden here. This time, I accidentally found a highly rated Thai pan mee shop on Google and decided to check it out.
This shop is hidden in a home-style food stall. The space is not big, with about ten small tables, and almost all of them are regular customers who live nearby. As soon as I sat down, I saw a bowl of red spicy soup pan noodles on everyone's table. I asked the boss lady out of curiosity, and she smiled and said, "The most popular here are spicy soup pan mee, clear soup pan mee, and dry pan mee!"
I ordered a bowl of Thai clear soup pan noodles, and I felt it was different from the local pan noodles at the first bite. The soup is refreshing with a slight taste of fish sauce. It does not contain the Jiangzai and fungus that are common in local clear soup noodles, and has a more refreshing taste. The ingredients are simple, only meat patties, meatballs and fish cake slices, paired with chewy flat noodles, it has a unique flavor.
Another spicy soup dry flat noodles is also very special. The noodles are dunked in dark soy sauce and paired with a bowl of Tom Yum Goong-flavored spicy soup. It is sour, spicy and fragrant, stimulating the taste buds. You will sweat profusely but can't stop eating!
Although this small shop is low-key, the taste is authentic and unique. Friends who love ban mian must try it!
