Discovered this artisan ice cream place at our neighborhood (near Eunos MRT) which opens up till 1am!!! It’s called The Last Scoop. The waffle is crispy and goes well with the generous scoop of ice cream. I tried the Earl Grey and a Paddle Pop-like flavour. It was so good. I can feel the quality of the batter from the waffles and ice creams.
One thing I like is the breezy and cool air conditioning. The place is cosy, simple and comes with some rather interesting decorations especially the colour changing clouds.
