The pride & joy at The Neighbours Hostel & Cafe, the croffle. A marriage between.. waddya know, a croissant & a waffle. Good tho, crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, and that salted caramel whipped cream was the perfect partner.
And as usual, this was my option, an eggs benedict. Very nice with a nice muffin base, but a bit heavy on the spinach.
They also serve one of the best full English breakfasts we’ve had to date.
