Chicken Chop, Non-Halal
I was trying to mix up the places where I have meals at 3 Damansara and I thought I would give Three Little Pigs & The Big Bad Wolf a try. I had initially planned to have the Devil Chicken Chop which was priced at RM35++. Then I saw a keto menu page. I ordered a Creamy Chicken with Spinach (RM24.35++) instead.
The description said it's a pan seared chicken chop topped with a creamy double cheese sauce. Accompanying it, it said there's a aide of wilted baby spinach. Total calories 951.5. That sounded alright. Oh, I added an egg to it too.

What wasn't alright was the time it took to prepare our dishes at Three Little Pigs & The Big Bad Wolf. There were just 3 pax in the entire restaurant but it took them almost 45 minutes to prepare the dishes.
When it came, it was as it was described with the creamy cheese sauce covering the chicken like a blanket. While the chicken was nicely seared, it lacked seasoning. Perhaps, it's because it is a keto dish. The recommended portioning of salt per day is 2 to 4 grams a day. That was remedied by adding table salt and pepper.

But would I want to eat this on a regular basis? I don't think so. I like my non-keto meals too much. But it's good to know there's a place with this option for those who are on a keto diet.
