Dessert
A new dessert place always gets a bit of curiosity going, especially when there is an opening offer to sweeten the stop. That was how I ended up trying Uncle Gelato Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery, where a quick dessert break turned into a rather pleasant one.

The gelato came in a chilled metal cup with a cone tucked in at an angle, which gave it a neat presentation straight away. It looked tidy, inviting and suited the sort of place that wants to feel a little more polished than a simple takeaway counter. The scoop itself had a smooth, dense look and held its shape nicely, suggesting a proper creamy body rather than something airy or overly icy.

There was also a mango-based dessert on the table, served with mango cubes, jelly and a creamy sauce. It looked bright and refreshing, very much the kind of bowl that would appeal to people who want something fruity rather than heavy. Between the gelato and the mango dessert, the whole stop felt like it was trying to offer a slightly broader dessert experience rather than only focusing on ice cream.

Since this was an opening-offer visit, part of the appeal was simply checking out what this new place was about. The promotional boards outside made it clear that Uncle Gelato is pushing both gelato and dessert bowls, so it feels positioned as a casual sweet stop for shoppers passing through Bloomsvale.
Overall, this felt like a pleasant first look at a new dessert tenant in the mall. It was less about a full meal and more about enjoying a little sweet break, with the opening offer giving a good reason to stop in and try it.
Total paid: RM20.85
I was told my scoop of gelato was at 50% off.

As a new place in Bloomsvale, Uncle Gelato gives off a clean, cheerful dessert-shop feel. The opening offer signage and bright storefront make it approachable, while the setting suits a quick sit-down dessert stop.

The X-factor here is the fact that it is a new dessert spot in Bloomsvale with an opening offer, which gives people a reason to drop by and sample what it has to offer.
