Han’s Cafe Pork Chop

Cantonese Fried, Non-Halal
We Love Hokkien Mee is a restaurant I often make food delivery orders from but since I was nearby one night, I decided to dine in there. I ordered the Cantonese Fried Yin Yang Noodle. For those unfamiliar, Yin Yang Noodle, also known as "Ying Yong," is a delightful dish that combines two types of noodles—crispy fried noodles and silky flat rice noodles—topped with a rich, savoury sauce. The combination of textures makes for an interesting and satisfying meal.

The flavour of their Kung Fu Chow Ying Yong or Cantonese Fried Yin Yang was on point. The vermicelli is fried to a crispy perfection and maintains its crunchy bite when it's served at the table.

However, I couldn't help but notice that the portion size seemed to have shrunk over the years. We ordered a two-person portion, priced at RM22, which felt a bit light for the price. Despite this, the dish was tasty and enjoyable.
