And as always, the essential Thai night out. This time at WhatSaeb Boat Noodles in Penang. Very nice pad thai, a little less sweet than usual – which is great. Mum’s sukiyaki Mama noodles were also tasty. The crispy pork with long beans & tomatoes was phed mak mak (fiery hot). So you might want to tell them to tune down the spice.
This is a Michelin Select rated restaurant.
