Yew Pin is a long-established restaurant, passed down from father to son, and has become quite famous in Klang. Now run by second-generation owner Andrew, he maintains his father's methods and adds an air-conditioned dining environment for a more comfortable dining experience. Opening daily at 7 a.m., the restaurant is often packed after 11 a.m., mostly filled with regulars and older diners, proving their craftsmanship has truly stood the test of time.
招牌当然是海南白斩鸡,选用足水的肉鸡,肉质滑嫩,鸡味浓厚;配上他们家的粒粒饭,真是天作之合。除此之外,脆皮五花烧肉更是必点,皮脆得咬下去“卡滋”作响,肉嫩带汁。再来一份烧鸡、红酱叉烧,组合起来就是一桌小型烧腊拼盘。别看简单的怡保肥芽菜,只是水烫加酱油,入口却鲜甜爽脆;还有卤蛋、卤鸡爪这些小菜,完全是老味道,耐吃又满足。
