If you know what is hokkien char meaning you’re truly penang born species. Hokkien Char is not KL or Sg hokkien mee but truly penang style fried braised noodles with dark sauce and pork lard! Usually fried with prawns, slice of pork, sawi, garnished with shallots and must have nice sambal belachan too!
