Basilico Restaurant Lunch
Italian, Non-Halal
- RM20 - RM50 per pax
Chiefeater William WL Loo wanted a change of palate from street food so indulged in a bit of Italian with lunch at Basilico Restaurant
Chinese, Non-Halal
We had a delicious anniversary lunch somewhere off the beaten track at Pan Heong Restaurant, Batu Caves. According to the friendly chef, the restaurant has been in business for the last 35 years (they opened in 1988) and has eight signature dishes. Among them are river prawn hor fan, bucket chicken, steamed fish head & nam yu pork. The pork was among the dishes we ordered, along with stuffed fu chok, onion tofu & their rocking fried rice. I have to say, this turned out to be one of the best tai chao restaurants ever - so yes, take a number & get in the queue. It's worth it
