Dinner with my family, having steamed Patin fish with red wine/shaoxing wine garnishes with ginger and salted veggies or “kiam cai”. Stir fried processed cuttlefish with dried chilli,onion and spring onions or “kung pao yu yi” . Fried noodle Foochow style,wok fried four heavenly beans with canned spicy pork with beans paste or “Bak Teng”,stir fried bitter gourd with fermented black beans and garlic and not in the picture was stir fried boneless chicken that’s marinated with “ tau cheo” or fermented sweet and spicy bean pastes.
